URLWatch Setup - Signup HTML Text

Cut and paste the following HTML on each page where you want URLWatch to be available. Only one change is needed, and that is where "VALUE=" is located. You must specify each page's URL relative to the html directory. For example, if the URL is http://www.yourdomain.com/index.html, you would specify VALUE=/index.html whereas if the URL is http://www.yourdomain.com/info/contact.html you would specify VALUE=/info/contact.html.
