URLWatch Setup - Email Responses

On a daily basis, your visitors will receive a single email listing all changed pages for which they are registered. If none of their pages have changed, during the past twenty-four hours, they will not receive an email.

The introduction and closing text of the email message are configurable. The center portion which lists their email address, passID, and URL's is not configurable and will be automatically generated by URLWatch.

The following is a sample from the email.intro file. You MUST change Your Site Name to something relevant to your actual site. Any other changes are at your discretion.

The following is a sample from the email.closing file. You MUST change yourdomain.com to the name of your actual domain, and you MUST change Your Site Name or Signature to something relevant to your site. Any other changes are at your discretion.

You may modify your URLWatch account at any time by visiting our 
web site maintenance page located at:

    http://www.yourdomain.com/urlmaint.html

In order to make modifications, you must submit the Email address and 
PassID as indicated above.  Please note that a new PassID is generated 
each time you receive an URLWatch message, and old PassID's are no 
longer valid at that time.
